Right of withdrawal

The conditions of cancellation are set out in Law 45/2014 on contracts concluded between absent parties. (II. 26.) is regulated by Government Decree No. Based on the law, the right of withdrawal applies from the day of receipt of the product; the customer can cancel the purchase within 14 days thereafter. The right of withdrawal can be exercised without giving reasons.

If you want to use this right, you have to do the following:

• the product(s) in its original condition and packaging, in perfect quality and quantity,
• and return it to the following address with a statement of intent clearly expressing the exercise of your right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product has been used or if one of its accessories is missing.

The consumer bears the burden of proving that the 45/2014. (II. 26.) exercised the right of withdrawal and termination specified in § 20 of the Government Decree in accordance with the provisions of the Decree.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the price of the product(s) you ordered within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement at the latest. The repayment is made by bank transfer. If the buyer does not agree to this, we will refund the amount in the same form as the payment method used by the buyer. We start the refund when the returned product reaches us or you send us a document supporting the return. You must return or hand over the product within 14 days from the date of notification of your withdrawal at the latest. You bear the direct cost of returning the product.
